Why Russell Property?

We are proud to continue a legacy of property services in Northern Ireland that dates back to 1899. Originally established as a family-run business — and even earlier as coal merchants and stockbrokers in South Street from the 1860s — the firm has long been a cornerstone of the local property scene. After a period in High Street, it moved to its current home on Regent Street in 1920. Now under new ownership, Russell Property remains committed to upholding the same trusted values and personalised service that have defined it for well over a century.

Our Commitment to Excellence

At Russell Property, excellence isn’t just a standard — it’s our foundation. For over a century, we’ve delivered dependable, expert property services across Northern Ireland, built on a reputation of trust, experience, and results.

Precision. Professionalism. Personal service.
That’s what excellence in real estate means to us — and what you can expect, every time you work with Russell Property.

Your Trusted Real Estate Partner

Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or simply exploring your options, we’re here to provide clear advice, tailored support, and results you can trust.
